Return Policy

Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached at original location, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you. 

Holiday Returns:
Any purchase made from November 28th to December 24th is eligible for store credit or exchange until January 9th, 2023.

If you selected in store pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.

You can mail back items (contact us for mailing address , or you can bring them to our Drumheller location at 600 680 2nd Street SE Drumheller, AB T0J 0Y6

We can not accept any items that have been worn, are missing tags or tags are detached, have stains, animal hair, or have any scent (ex. smoke, perfume, etc). 

We do not offer any exchange/credit for FINAL SALE items, these include:
- All items that are on SALE
- Jewelry & Hair Accessories
- Hats, Mittens, Toques, & Scarves
- Sunglasses 
- Belts
- Bodysuits & all intimates
- Gift Certificates
Above items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

If you are issuing a return; please follow these steps in order:

Step #1:

Please refer to our Return Policy & Final Sale Items above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Step #2:

E-mail [email protected] and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Step #3:

Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping. Ensure you include your order # with your return. Return shipping cost is at the customers expense. (We do not provide a shipping label)

Step #4:

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail. We'll take it from there, and get you set up with an online store credit to use towards a future purchase.
